Almost all women have dieted at some point in their lives, I know I have. Men diet also, but not as many men as women’s nutrition. It is difficult to decide which diet to suffer through. The first question is, what will work for you and how to work to work? Basically, most of us are lazy when it comes to losing weight and want the fastest and easiest diet, we can find.
Sticking to a diet is difficult. In more normal food, you’re not hungry. Normally I mean, I eat 3 meals daily with snacks throughout the day and will have to drink tons of water, which is what true end. You can use the mud all day, but no longer hungry.
